LIFE HAPPENED/CANCELLATION POLICY

Bumblebee Waxing & More provides each guest the opportunity to keep a valid credit card on file and access online booking features.

If a guest prefers not to keep a card on file they will be able to book their appointment over the phone or in person and pay for their service at the time of booking.

If a guest cancels a scheduled service providing more than 24 hours notice they will be issued a full refund. If cancelation occurs less than 24 hours in advance of a scheduled service the guest forfeits their payment for that scheduled service.
